A hands-on workshop making fresh cheeses, led by Naomi Richard Stein — a certified Master Cheesemaker and a member of the Guilde Internationale des Fromagers.
Participants make cheese with their own hands, learn what happens to the milk at every stage, and take home what they made.
Held on Tuesdays at Rom Farm on Mount Kamon.
