Join us for a profound journey into the art of artisan cheese-making.

Learn how animal feed and living conditions impact milk and cheese quality.

Dive into both theoretical and practical aspects of making artisanal cheeses using only natural ingredients.

Explore and create all types of cheeses: fresh, soft, and hard, connecting with traditional and ancient knowledge.
