Cheese passion and experience across the world up to Israel
GVINAGE was founded with the vision of developing cheese culture in Israel and supporting artisanal production for the manufacture of specialty cheeses.
The courses and event are supported by a French “Maitre Fromager”.
The origin of GVINAGE started back in 2013 when was founded the School of Cheese in South America that then developed in the UK before the opening in Israel in 2021.
Back in 2020, in London, Yedidya attended a cheese masterclass about “World cheese culture” given by Naomy Richard, Maître fromager of the International cheese Guilde and Director of an International Cheese School. This was the beginning of a new love for cheese… and each other!
2021
Gvinage is founded
GVINAGE is officially founded with the heritage of the previous international experience.
by Naomy and Yedidya Richard Stein, a Franco-Israeli couple passionate for cheese and motivated by the Zionist mission to support the Israeli Cheese maker and bring cheese education for amateurs and professional.
After many experiences around the world with cheese education and training concept, Naomy was dreaming about her new Israel project that Yedidya decided to make posible with her…
In the summer of 2021, they both made Aliyah to establish a new life project from the Galilee region of north Israel.
Very quickly, they made new cheese recipes with the Artisan cheese makers of North Israel and opened a maturation house in order to develop the flavours using high quality french technics.

Kick of Events and Workshop
Collaboration with Cheese makers all around Israel to set up and design the best cheeses of Israel. Kick of Events and Workshop to spread cheese education.
GVINAGE is providing a program of cheese training and tasting for amateurs and professional.
A unique portfolio of Israeli Cheese with French maturation “Savoir-Faire” is also available for delivery all over the country.
At GVINAGE, we understand that every occasion is unique and deserves the perfect touch of cheese. We organise corporate gathering, wedding reception, or any other events…

2024 - Now
A significant partnership with Havat Rum
During the year 2024, we joined Rum Farm, a farm that shares our values of community and sustainability. Together, we produce exceptional cheeses from the farm's herd of goats, while providing meaningful work to those struggling in rehabilitation and soldiers from the farm's Resilience Center who were traumatized in the Iron Swords War, helping them find meaning through their contribution to our mission.
