Your cancellation rights, by type of order, are set out below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cheeses and food products<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gv-notice wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Please note:<\/strong> cheese is a <strong>fresh, perishable food product<\/strong>. Under the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, there is no right to cancel and return perishable goods once they have been delivered. We cannot take back a food product that has left our refrigeration \u2014 not for commercial reasons, but for food-safety reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cancelling before the delivery goes out:<\/strong> you can cancel an order at any time until it goes out for delivery and receive a <strong>full refund<\/strong> with no cancellation fee. Just write to us.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>A defective or spoiled product, or one that does not match your order:<\/strong> this is fully our responsibility. Contact us within <strong>24 hours<\/strong> of delivery with a photo, and you will receive, at your choice, a replacement or a full refund \u2014 including the delivery charge, and with no cancellation fee at all.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Workshops, tastings and farm tours<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can cancel your participation within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of the transaction, provided the cancellation is made at least <strong>7 working days<\/strong> (not counting days of rest) before the workshop date.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Cancellation within the 7 working days before the workshop is not refundable, since your place has been held for you and the number of places at each session is limited. We\u2019ll be glad to try to move you to another date, subject to availability.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>If GVINAGE cancels or postpones a workshop \u2014 you will receive an alternative date or a <strong>full refund<\/strong>, as you prefer.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellation fee<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where a cancellation entitles you to a refund but does not result from a defect or a mismatch, GVINAGE may charge a cancellation fee of up to <strong>5% of the transaction price or \u20aa100 \u2014 whichever is lower<\/strong>. In practice, we do not charge any cancellation fee for cancellations made before the delivery goes out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Extended cancellation period<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A person with a disability, a senior citizen (aged 65 or over) or a new immigrant (up to 5 years in Israel) may cancel a transaction within <strong>four months<\/strong> of the transaction or of receiving the product, whichever is later \u2014 where the transaction was preceded by a conversation between the parties (including by phone or in writing). Here too, the exception for perishable food products still applies. En pratique, nous ne pr\u00e9levons aucuns frais pour les annulations effectu\u00e9es avant le d\u00e9part de la livraison.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e9lai d\u2019annulation prolong\u00e9<\/h3>\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Une personne en situation de handicap, une personne \u00e2g\u00e9e (65 ans ou plus) ou un nouvel immigrant (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 5 ans en Isra\u00ebl) peut annuler une transaction dans un d\u00e9lai de <strong>quatre mois<\/strong> \u00e0 compter de la transaction ou de la r\u00e9ception du produit, la date la plus tardive \u00e9tant retenue \u2014 lorsque la transaction a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9e d\u2019un \u00e9change entre les parties (y compris par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone ou par \u00e9crit).
